ABOUT SUE RITCHIE
She is married to Claude Bereny and co-owner of The Beacham Hotel in Oxford Street. They have one son, Max Bereny.
Sue comes from a family with a strong sense of community, as the daughter of Don Ritchie, known as “the Angel of The Gap” who received the Australian Of the Year Local Hero Award in 2011 for his work to prevent suicides at The Gap in Watson's Bay.
Sue holds a Degree with First Class Honours in Information Technology from UTS.
Sue has more than 35 years’ experience in small business and corporate I.T., as a consultant specialising in strategic planning, integration of diverse interests and change management.

Sue is the founder of the Three Saints Square (3SS) Project
Three Saints Square on Oxford Street is at the centre of the central section of Oxford Street bookended by two of the best art schools in Australia (the National Art School and UNSW Art, Design, Architecture)
The purpose of the Three Saints Square Project is to bring together businesses, residents and institutions in this central
section of Oxford Street, to address issues that are of common interest to improve that precinct on Oxford Street and to
facilitate resolution of issues with the relevant authorities.
The 3SS Project collaborates with other Oxford Street networks to facilitate the goal to improve Oxford Street
